Enable MunkiAdmin button when installed

Please enable the MunkiAdmin button when MunkiAdmin is already installed and not only if munki is hosted via MDS. Some people use MDS and host their munki_repo on a different server.

By the way, should be no space character between Munki and Admin = MunkiAdmin.
