Refactor Commands menu

The menu called Commands does not currently make it clear that its elements relate to MDM. It could be good to refactor this in one of the following ways:

Rename menu as MDM Commands
Move menu out of app menu bar and instead have controls for the commands appear on the MDM window.

It would also be good to add controls on the window for an individual device:

Device information: add a refresh button to the Device Info tab
Restart and Shutdown Device: add a Restart button to the Device Info tab
Install Profile: add a button to the Profiles tab marked as “+” or “Add”
List Installed Profiles, List Installed Certificates, Get Security Information: add a refresh button to the related tab
