Finished build prompt not showing up after workflow has completed

In builds 83 and 84, after saving a workflow I am not seeing the popup that tells me the workflow has finished creating.

I am not seeing it, though I have heard other reports that it is now showing up. What version of macOS? Can you create a very simple workflow and see it happens there as well?
