Custom Imagr pref location set as key `serverurl` not respected when saving to disk image or volume

Using MDS 1.9 release, I have a custom Imagr URL set in my app domain settings

$ defaults read com.twocanoes.MacDeployStick serverurl
http://my.server/imagr_config_macdeploy.plist

But when I save to disk image or save to volume the /Volumes/macdeploy/Deploy/Applications/com.grahamgilbert.Imagr.plist settings don't show the URL, instead it replaces the hostname with some shortener {{something local drive}}

The feature to use the pref domain was initially introduced in version 1.3.1.
