Automaton CLI has issue on older machines for boot to recovery

On older machines (2014 MBA) automaton did not boot to recovery when using command line interface to send “echo recovery”. In automaton configuration the checkbox for “Boot into recovery” was deselected but this should not affect command line interface behavior.

This appears to be due to a powercycle event happening on the automaton when plugged into older machines.

Retested this on 2014 MBA running 10.15.0 and could not replicate.
