Error unmounting volumes on target prior to erase

When I reboot iMac in recovery with nvram command, workflow can’t be launch and I got this message.

To reboot iMac I use this command:

sudo nvram recovery-boot-mode=unused && sudo reboot

My config :
iMac mid 2013
macOS Mojave 10.14.5

Check what macOS version of internet recovery you are booting into. In terminal type sw_vers. I had a similar issue when booted to a Mojave Internet Recovery trying to install Catalina with MDS. Using the nvram command I have not been able to get a Mojave mac booted to a Catalina Internet Recovery.
