Workflow not appearing.

When running mds in order to test other bug fixes I ran into an issue on the choose workflow menu. The Work flow I set up correctly did not appear as an option. I double and tripled checked I had saved it correctly to the drive, but that did not resolve the issue. I had Dave double check my work and he says it is a bug and to report the problem here.
