If a Package is Defective, Provide Options

If MDS hits a package it can't work with, it provides only feedback that it can't use that package. It would be helpful to change that behavior to provide more detail as to what's happened in that event.

Currently, it continues to push everything to the disk, which is great, but I didn't realize that. It might help to provide options to Continue or Cancel.

It would absolutely help to try to provide error reporting on why a package might fail.
