Cannot boot after running workflow with ASR by URL

After running a workflow that installs macOS by ASR URL the workflow appears to finish successfully, however after rebooting the machine gets stuck at the boot screen.

Tested this on iMac and 12” Macbook both running 10.15.4. The issue only occurred on the iMac. No problem when same workflow was run on the Macbook.

Reran workflow on iMac after manually setting config.plist ramdisk option to false but no change.

Confirmed this works ok when run with correct ASR image.
