Error with Download macOS and can't grant Full Disk Access as instructed

build 30108 running on macOS 15.4

When “Download macOS” finishes downloading an installer there is an error shown stating the need to grant full disk access, however the item mentioned cannot be selected to be granted full disk access.

/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.twocanoes.mdshelpertool

When going to System Preferences to add an item to Full Disk Access, navigating to this location shows that no items in this location can be selected.

Can work around this by instead downloading to /Users/Shared.
