Option to select first boot reboot action

Currently MDS don’t allow to select first_boot_reboot action. It’s default is reboot so you need to manually change the behavior adding the required key in config.plist but it is rewritten by MDS everytime you make a change in any workflow. Therefore you have to add the key again manually. It would be nice to have an option for first_boot_reboot key inside MDS.
