Download macOS content sometimes does not update

The Download macOS panel list of OS choices does not update if the selected catalog has an issue. This is currently the case when running MDS on Big Sur and selecting the Production catalog.

    Build 35150 on BS shows error when first going to Download macOS panel saying there was an error loading the catalog since BS is not Production yet. Will need to confirm that Production catalog loads ok once BS is released.
