It would be helpful to add a more info link to the MDM device Users list explaining the requirements around this feature: Mac enrolled in DEP, user in MDM profile, etc.

Do not see a more info link yet in 35145 for MDM > Devices List Item > Users.
Also might be good to disable Change Password button here when there are no users.
i added to the top level of MDM not in users. Let’s discuss.
