App crashes if deleting a workflow leaves "Automatically run" select list blank

Scenario: Start by creating several workflows and have one selected to run automatically. If that workflow is later deleted, the select list for "Automatically run" will be blank. If a Save button is clicked when automatic workflow selection is blank, the app will crash.
