MDS installs all Munki sub-packages

MDS is installing all sub packages of the Munki installer, including both the python and no_python packages which conflict.

The no_python is unselected by default normally.

Probably still worth fixing, but this scenario no longer applies to Munki since hey have removed the option to not install python.
