Trouble when saving to volume with no wifi

When saving to volume if the Mac is currently disconnected from Wifi, MDS will show error messages that are not correct. For a set of workflows that previously saved with no issue, after Wifi became disconnected and the same workflows were resaved there were error messages shown saying that extra packages were found and that there was an error creating a user package and to verify that all values for the user are valid.

This could also be resolved by turning off Packages > Sign Packages, so would appear to be related to a similar issue seen previously for Sign Packages.
