Request: Add Ability to Set Default Shell for Users

Currently, all users are defaulted to /bin/bash, but I would like to be able to use the default /bin/zsh in Big Sur.

It looks like this should be possible with the “shell” key of the plist configuration that gets passed to pycreateuserpkg.
