I changed every field and checkbox in multiple constellations in the “Create User Account”-Windows, the problem persists.

It was a certificate problem, works again.

HI, I got the same issue. I also can not sign packages. We got an apple developer ID and are able to create certificates in xCode. What am I doing wrong? What have you done to solve your problem?

Hi I also have this option, I'm Atte,pting to create a high Sierra workflow, using a 2021, M1 Pro MBP, 16GB RAM Monterey 12.5.1. I’ve simplified the work flow it’s nothing but a flat OS install and still have this issue. I’ve tried creating a self signed certificate but this has made no difference.
