Small UI Issue (Build 48006) - Workflow Bar not highlighted when first entering app

Note: this issue was initially filed for Build 40087, but the behavior still persists in build 48006.

When first opening Build 40087, I discovered after taking screenshots for copyediting that while I initially saw the Workflows screen upon opening MDS, Workflows was not highlighted under Deployment in the side bar.

Later on, Workflows was highlighted correctly when clicked on:
