MDS not updating macOS installer on flash drive

I am noticing that with MDS 4 beta, when the installer is newer than what is on the flash drive, MDS is not updating the Installer. New/changed workflows and packages are copied but it leaves the old install macos app in place. I even went into the workflow and reselected the updated macOS installer app. Seeing this since Big Sur installers. Version 4.0 (40053) macOS Big Sur installer is now version 16.6.01 as of 11.4
