Button malfunctions - Web Service

Bug 1: Clicking onto the “minus” button is possible even though no web service is selected.
Message: Are you sure you want to remove the selected website configuration?
Expected: “minus” button should be greyed-out when no service selected.

Bug 2: The “Edit” button is also active, even though no service is selected.
Expected: Edit button should be greyed-out when no service selected.
