Support macOS Installer Not in a DMG

In the current design the macOS installer must be contained with a DMG.

When MDS is run from a network location a DMG is already mounted by running something like...

hdiutil mount http://imac.local/mds/MDSDiskImage.dmg && /Volumes/MacDeployStickResources/run

Contained in that DMG is another DMG with the macOS installer. That macOS installer DMG then needs to be mounted for Imagr to do its thing which takes a significant amount of time.

It would be preferred if the installer could be contained with the original MDS DMG to avoid mounting another DMG.
