Incremental scheduling: next backup date not as expected

When setting schedule to weekly every 2 weeks, the next backup shown goes out too far. Example:
current date: Wed. Aug 28
Start At: Wed Sept 4
on these days: Wed
Next backup shows as Wed Sept 18 instead of Wed Sept 4. Changing the repeat interval to 1 week moves next backup to Wed Sept 11.
For a weekly schedule the expected next backup should be the day following the start-at value chosen that matches the day-of-week selected. If the start-at value matches the day-of-week selected, next backup should be the start-at date value.
Same issue occurs for monthly. If start-at value matches the index of week-day selected, the next backup should be the same as the start-at value.
Next backup date shown should also never be a past time.
