Packages with forced EFI or Legacy Boot/ Then making EFI or Legacy Bootable Fail

Create Package to be forced Legacy bootable, restore on an EFI machine, then Make the Boot Camp EFI bootable fails. Also does not work the other way (EFI to Legacy). Making EFI or Legacy Bootable is where the process fails.
