Incremental scheduling sometimes shows past date for next backup

Example:

Current date: Tues Oct 15, 12:57 pm

Configure incremental as Daily, repeat every 1 day, start at 10/12/2019, 4:02 pm

Next backup date shows as Oct 12, 4:02 pm.

Closing incremental configure window then immediately starts the backup process.

After backup completes, opening configure window again still shows same date for next backup. Closing configure window will again start backup process immediately.
