Graceful closing when blacklists are missing

Issue #122 resolved
Tygre repo owner created an issue

Mfilos had a problem with the names of the blacklists but AmiModRadio would try running and would crash even if the blacklists were missing.

    Actually, the problem wasn't the missing blacklists but something with HiP... When blacklists are unavailable, nothing bad happen...
