Autostart players "hidden" when possible

Tygre repo owner created an issue

When AMR starts a player itself, it should try to "hide" this player if the player has this option.

    Done for all players, either through command-line arguments or through ARexx (oh, yeah!). For example, DeliTracker2 is minimize through the ARexx command "HIDEGUI".
