While trying to close CLI-version of AMR by window gadget, AMR gets stuck

I can see there is problem with closing the application. When I run AMR in the shell and I will try to close the application using "closing" gadget from top bar of the window it will cause the program and shell completely unresponsive. My Shell version is 45.7

With the new implementation that creates a new Console to allow for interruption, I cannot reproduce this problem: the Shell window will refuse to close while AMR is runing. Then, upon quitting AMR, it is possible to close the Shell as usual (close gadget or EndCLI command)... Please let me know!
