Tygre repo owner created an issue 2016-04-11

The images given to the MUI are loaded by the datatype.library, which probably locks them to cache them (in addition to muimaster.library). Unfortunately, upon exiting AmiModRadio, these images remains locked.

This problem does not come from AmiModRadio specifically but from a combination of MUI and datatypes, only using some tools like FlushMUI (?) can it be solved outside of MUI programs.
