Description

This adds the same custom theme wrapper function we have been using to alter the markup of the custom uaqs_second_level menu block provided with UAQS Navigation to all menu blocks rendered in a sidebar region.

Note: this does not affect menu bean blocks (provided by the Menu Bean module).
