Our current `.lando.yml` file runs into some file permissions issues on Windows machines.
Joe came up with a fix for it, and I have tested and confirmed that the fix works on a windows machine with the most recent version of lando (v3.0.0-rc.1), and the version of docker that comes bundled with it.
