Pass user instance to email template, customizable email template names

  1. Roberto Rosario avatarRoberto Rosario

Just used django-registration for a site with user and vendor portals, each portal had different email activation templates as well as the need to tell users their username in the activation email. These changes are what is included in this pull request. Thanks.

"I've rejected this type of feature a couple dozen times now; please search closed tickets and rejected pull requests before submitting it."

Sorry about that, won't happen again.

The ability to pass a custom template path to send_activation_email() seems a useful option to me.

Having searched the closed tickets (on Google code) and rejected pull requests here I can't find any reference to it. I'm sure there's a good reason; please can you explain?
