User subscription fails

I tried to register a lot of users for test a page but many times the subscription fails...

The api response was: "502 Bad Gateway" with no message. When I re-tried to register the same user, the response was "400 BAD REQUEST Username specified already in use" (so the registration was successful server side)...

Can you investigate about this problem?

Hi @andrefsp , I tried to subscribe on test.udemi.org using facebook but I get a 500 error from api... Can you check it?
