Password Reset does not work

I tried to log in with my password but it said its not valid, so I tried to reset it, but that does not work (see attached screenshot).

In the Robert case I reached the step2 (set new pwd) of reset pwd and then get the error.
In my case I had the problem during the step1 (send reset pwd email)
POST http://api-dev.udemi.org/v1/users/require_reset_password_email/ with parameter: email
I get {"status": 500, "error": "internal_server_error"}

- changed status to resolved
There was the possibility of users to create several accounts with the same email. That is now not an option anymore. I'm setting this as fixed.
