Show full name instead of user name on profiles next to issues

Ideally, we want the user profile avatars next to issues depict the user's full name. This way the platform appears less like a simple internet forum and more like a political platform, where real politicians will want to sign up.
It looks better if next to an issue we see 'Martin Meyer' rather than 'FlexiX78'.

It will now show by default the full name and in case a user hasn't one defaults to the username

Currently, this refers to comments posted by users (instead of showing the user name, we should show the full name) and, once implemented, what is shown next to the user profile on the home page
