Improve the way Pins get re-allocated during zooming

When we zoom out of the map, pins that are associated with a single location can get spread out over a huge area, creating an unrealistic impression of where the issues are from.

If possible, can we find the variable responsible for this pin - spacing and change it so that the pins really overlap more / are closer together?

Maybe it is just a few tweaks in the pin-plug-in and with this small tweak it can look much better :)

@Brotrob This is a big problem to manage. I think we will analyze and solve it in the final version of the front-end project and not now

We will think about it in the final version of Udemi (new front-end project). It's too big and too difficult to do it now
