Pin colours not working properly - showing wrong colours

On test.udemi.org, if you look at all the issues raised (by zooming out to the world), you see only red and purple pins. However, in the list it shows that there should also be blue and yellow pins, as there are topics with that category.

So I guess there is a bug with the pin colour allocation...

Edit: I just checked it, it is definitely a bug (see second image where the issue sout west of Berlin is foreign policy and shown in red, but should be yellow)
