When clicking on an issue in a new window, the banner should not be there

If you press control + click in an issue, the issue then opens in a new window, and the UDEMI banner appears and then disappears.

Same happens when you click on an issue that has been raised on Facebook.

The banner should only appear on the homepage, not on any other UDEMI page (issue, action etc) when not logged in.

Yes, the udemi banner is in every page because it's in base structure. It disappears only if the user is logged. Because our website is a web app so it works within the same page and never opens contents on another browser tabs, if you force a content to be opened to another tab, the page needs to check if you're logged in and then hide the banner, so it's ok
