Mario Update 2: Create new top menu structure

As discussed via Skype, please:

• Remove the Home Button
• Rename 'Tour' to 'How it works'
• Put everything in 'About' into the three dots
• Create a new Link for the 'FAQ' in About (three dots) that opens a new page

In the About (three dots) page, please:

• Remove the Supporters Page in About
• Remove the Ressources page in About
• Remove the 'how it works' in About

I will also make changes to all text in About and provide you with a Word file with the changed text later.

At first glance I said it's not a problem... but I think we should evaluate if it's really not a problem because I'm not sure from the technical side and from the navigation side. The point is to improve our current navigation that has some problems, and I agree to do that

@Brotrob I made an A/B test with 5 users about the button with 3 dots: they said it's not clear that it points to About. I really think that it's better to have a simple link "About" like "How it works". What do you think?

Its OK - can we make the 'About' link be less intrusive than the other buttons? Maybe a lighter button...

@Brotrob We can style it exactly like the "How it works"... If you agree I can style these 2 links like the current "Home"
