New content for 'about' section

Thera are three changes we need to do in the about section, 2 of them because of German law:

1: Add a menue point called 'Impressum' (can be a bit lighter grey than the black of the other points) 2: Add a menue point called 'Datenschutz' (can be a bit lighter grey than the black of the other points) 3: Remove the Dr. infront of my name in the 'Team' Section
