Can't add issues on Chrome Version 28.0.1500.52

Tag box edition is not appearing while editing the user profile.

This is preventing a user to create new issues as tags are a required field.

    Hi Andre, I think is because when I initialize that, the ajax call to server that get the full list of issues tags doesn't work... and so the initialization failed... Do you fixed that function?

    I'm sure I fixed this yesterday: Andre, are you having the problem on your new feature/haystack-search-integration branch or on the release/0.1 branch? If it's on feature/haystack-search-integration then merge the release/0.1 branch into your new branch, to get the change in commit 441e975

    It happened because the get tags webmethod doesn't work... when David fixed it, it worked well... Now I added a fault back code to prevent this problem
