Adding location in location field and hitting return

When raising an issue and i want to change my location and insert a new one, as soon as I type in a new location and hit return it seems that i'm triggering the submit form, since users will most likely hit return I suggest we fix this

I tried to reproduce it without success.

I open the issue form to add new issue, fill out all fields and the remove the current default location and add a new one, and then save. It worked

Now we understand why it happens. When Mario select the new location, he press enter key. I need to fix it
