Add "all" option to "What's important to you?" textbox in homepage

I think we need also one more option ("all") to the "What's important to you?" textbox to remove the previous selected filter

I think this is part of a bigger problem, that I've mentioned previously, that all of the issues are loaded when the home page loads, rather than the issues for just the region displayed by the map (which is what I would imagine should happen if 'All' was selected from the drop-down). Scope for confusion I think, if we sort out this issue without sorting out the other?

There will be no "All" option. By default all the issues relevant to the user's relevant area will be shown by default. In the home page.

We will come with a different way of doing this in the future.

Added an All option, as well as displaying the name of clicked tags on the map as selected in the drop-down.

Also, when page first loads it will now display all of the issues relating to the bounded area of the map, rather than all of the issues across the world
