User Feedback Bug: Issues appear twice
Hey all,
a friend of mine (a developer too) gave this feedback:
- All the issues people raised show up two times (you are iterating a list twice)
So can we check whether there is a double itteration of the list going on?

@Brotrob I wasn't able to reproduce this... From homepage I tried to refresh the page but I see issues one time... Can you give us more info?

reporter This happens to many users, but I can not reproduce it either. Is there a way to look for a potential bug without reproducing it, @enricosoft ?
-
@Brotrob No Rob, it's not possible... we need to reproduce it to understand why it happens and solve it
-
reporter How can we reproduce it if it is random? Are there methods to do that? Maybe some imitated user testing?
-
@Brotrob No bug is random. A bug happens because the user makes some actions or insert some particular data.... that's the why I always ask for Browser version, OS, the steps to reproduce it and maybe the data the user inserted. A good practise for this first time (launch) is to connect to the user pc to see what he's doing and then collect all the data required (see the list above) for developers to reproduce and understand the problem

This is a serious bug too, here is the latest user feedback on this:
After reloading the home page, issues are duplicated on the issues list (see attached screenshot). I use FF 45.0.2 on Win 7, private browsing, no cookies and no exception for udemi.org.
