Increase issues shown on map from 30 to 100

Currently we have a limit of issues of 30 shown on the map and on the blog list.

We need to increase the pin count to 100 and make the blog show all issues that exist with infinite scroll...

Reason: users have been complaining that they cannot see their issues, and we are expecting more users soon :)

I don't think this is a good idea guys. There's an infinite scrolling on the issue list to see all issues or they can filter
