test.udemi.org seems ok to me, @andrefsp do you remember if you used any odd (to this simple englishman) characters, or maybe added and removed tags or locations before submitting and taking that screenshot?

I tried also to use portuguese special chars in the description and title (see http://dev.udemi.org/issue/view/72) as you did but that's not the problem. The only this is: don't navigate udemi.org through https, but use http://udemi.org
