Bug on user section if navigating there from issues, policies

I just navigated around on the map looking at issues and then moved to users. There seems to be a bug as it carries some pins over to users, and also the infinite scrolling does not work anymore. I think I will be able to replicate this if shown to Enrico.

Navigation was like:

Isssues in Berlin, India, Australia, South America, USA,

then users --> discovered the bug

Also, suddenly infinite scrolling in users on Chrome does not work anymore :)
