If I change the location of the map (ex from UK to Italy), the tags in the map change but the list after not... is it ok or not?

You are correct, the list of issues underneath eh map should represent the issues in teh location of the map. this does not work yet and needs fixing.

This is one case where having an MVVM javascript framework would really help. We could simply bind map events to API calls.

This is something to look into carefully and try to get it right.

List of issues now changes as the map moves.

Have not implemented an MVVM framework, but currently have no objection to using one in future.
