Issue form problem: title UNDEFINED

I tested it to understand when and why the title is saved as "undefined". I found that if in the homepage you insert a long title > 52 chars, this title is copied also in the issue form, but in the db the limit is 50 chars so It generate the error...

"Ensure this value has at most 50 characters (it has 52)."

SOLUTION: limit in the homepage the textbox lenght with 50 chars
