problem with spatial query to get issues list

I don't know if using solr the problem will be automatically solved, but at the moment I saw a possibile spatial query error (we need to verify also if the problem is client side or server side)

I've attached an image of the problem (you can see the map view (a part of italy) and the issues list below that contains an issues raised for bosnia and herzegovina)

There is also an issue called 'Improve cyclelanes in Leipzig' near Trowbridge.

My guess is that more work needs to be done to improve the javascript validation when an issue and its geolocation is input (e.g. they could have selected Trowbridge from the Google populated dropdown, then deleted it and manually typed Leipzig without selecting Leipzig from the dropdown, so the hidden lat and lng fields weren't changed.

This has been fixed already. Had to do with the wrong format of coordinated on our index.
